The Garage Club Story

Garage Club LLC is a luxury garage condominium development company with its principal being Darren Dean. Darren has two boys, Dillon and Ryker. Dillon, 17, has a passion for fishing and plans to be a professional bass fisherman. Ryker, 14, enjoys baseball and moto-cross riding. 

  Darren has been an entrepreneur for 21 years, with a passion for large garages and big-boy toys. In fact, while living in Michigan, he owned a 60 x 40 garage, where - if you took sleeping out of the equation - Darren spent more time than he did in the house. Whether cleaning, shining, maintaining, hanging with sons, building, designing - it all happened in the garage!

Darren's family relocated to Seneca, SC in 2020 and invested in a home with no “man cave”.

In November 2020, he inquired with large storage facilities (4 locally) seeking a place to store his boat for the winter. All facilities were booked.  Darren was put on a waiting list, four times. That was the “ah ha” moment needed to inspire the creation of Garage Club LLC. 

Darren thought, "Let’s give folks an opportunity to own a luxury garage, create a place where passionate car, boat, RV, UTV, and motorcycle owners can set up shop in a very unique environment. Where they can work, clean, and play with their big-boy toys, while having all the comforts of home and the company of like-minded owners."

Garage Club is a private luxury community of Garage Condominiums where individuals secure their valuable assets via their ownership of a storage unit.

  • Each unit will have a 14’ x 14’ overhead door as well as a 4’ wide insulated entrance door.
  • Our garages include insulated walls and ceiling, climate control, LED lighting, ceiling fans and insulated electric.
  • Individual electric meters will include 100 amp electricity service, 120V receptacles, 50AMP RV outlet, 110 and 220 outlets.
  • Our unit height is 16’ interior ceiling height.
  • Multiple options for interior substrates.
  • Louvered fans and vents for climate control.
  • Never experience problems finding a unit large enough to rent, being put on an endless waiting list, or having to deal with rent increases or renewal issues ever again!
  • You'll have plenty of space to pull-in your RV and open your sliders, with room enough to entertain!
  • Climate controlled restrooms onsite.
  • Shared owner space will feature a flat screen TV with couches, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, wireless internet and outside covered seating with grille and ceiling fans.
  • Owners will have 24/7 owner access to our gated community with 24 hour surveillance.
  • Garage Club will also feature 74’ drive aisles with wash down area and trash disposal with low maintenance finishes.
